Rebecca Ackim Anderson is a seasoned professional with over 11 years of experience, specializing in customer service, brand management, and strategic marketing. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Cape Coast and a Master’s degree in Management and Administration from the University of Ghana.
She leads in developing communication strategies that drive and transforms the overall output of the company and its services in the Ghanaian entrepreneur ecosystem as well as the financial service market at Quick Angels limited and Quick Credit.
Rebecca began her career with Bills Microcredit (formerly Quick Credit), where she played a pivotal role in establishing and leading the company’s first-ever Customer Service unit as its maiden manager. Her dedication and leadership in building strong client relationships and service excellence laid the foundation for the company’s reputation in customer care.
Today, Rebecca serves as the Head of Brands and Marketing at Quick Angels. In this role, she drives the organization’s brand strategy and public engagement efforts, bringing fresh, practical insight and creative direction that aligns with Quick Angels’ mission to support and grow promising businesses across Ghana.
