Mr. Seshie is an astute Finance Management personnel, motivated Professional Accountant, Auditor, and Financial Analyst with over 13 years of experience.

Romeo until his appointment as the CEO was the Deputy Managing Director of the company. He rose through the ranks of a General Manager position to the deputy CEO and is currently the CEO.

He has played a key role in preparing senior management strategic plans, providing financial analysis and leadership designs, and spearheading and implementing balanced and sound strategies while ensuring financial stability. Due diligence is his hallmark and he has the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities to ensure that deadlines are met.

He has a high sense of professional integrity, respect for the rules of his profession, and compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and rules of conduct.

Under his leadership, he’s led a transition from branches to a branchless institution operating remotely across the country with a customer base of over 200,000 and successfully employed over 800 call center executives during the pandemic.

Romeo Rich-love Seshie won the Banking and Finance category at the 40 under 40 awards in 2020 and defended the same award in 2021.

He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and has a degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Regent University College of Science and Technology. He has a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Accra Polytechnic; and also Advanced Executive Certificate in Financial Management from Leadership and Entrepreneurial Training Center, Tema.

Romeo is a Chartered Banker and a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. He is also a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG).

He is a Certified Tally Accounting Software Administrator from I.P.M.C.

Romeo is a Finalist at the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana, and a Finalist at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)-UK.

Romeo is pursuing LLB at Central University, Ghana.

He went to Keta Business Secondary School at Keta in the Volta Region.
